OVEN is a degreasing detergent developed to meet cleaning needs in environments where food is cooked, processed and packaged. Thanks to its special formula, it works deep down, quickly and effectively dissolving carbon residue as well as stubborn grease. This product complies with current hygiene and health standards, including the H.A.C.C.P. self-monitoring system.
Directions:
Depending on use and level of soiling, it can be diluted in water. Ovens: heat the oven to 90°C then switch off. Spray the surfaces, close the door and leave to act for 10 minutes. Clean with an abrasive cloth then rinse with water using a sponge. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes before use. Grills: spray, leave to act for 10 minutes, then clean and rinse. Preheat for 10 minutes before use. Deep fryers: switch off the appliance, remove the oil and residue. Spray and leave to act for 10 minutes. Clean, then rinse with water and dry.
